1. We talk. You tell us about your business, what software you're using, and what's not working. We figure out the best way to help. This is the 15-minute intro call.
2. We set things up. New business? We build your accounting system in QuickBooks Online from scratch. Already have books? We clean them up, fix the issues, and organize everything properly.
3. We keep it running. Each month we handle your bookkeeping, send you reports, and flag anything that needs your attention. You always know where your business stands.
Monthly is standard. We reconcile everything, prepare your financial statements, and have them ready for you. If you need weekly updates, we can do that too.
We recommend it because it's what we know inside and out and what we're certified in. That said, we've worked with Xero, Wave, and Zoho too, so if you're already on something else we can usually make it work.
Bookkeeping is the day-to-day stuff: recording transactions, categorizing expenses, reconciling accounts. Accounting is the bigger picture: making sense of those numbers, preparing reports, and using the data to make better decisions. We do both.
Yep. We work with Gusto, ADP, and Rippling. We can get payroll set up, run it for you, and make sure everything flows into your books the right way.
